Организационный момент. - Good morning, children! Sit down, please! I’m glad to see you. - How are you today?/ How are you getting on?/ How are you doing?

-Look at the blackboard and listen to me. Try to guess what we’ll talk today about. -This is my mother, This is my father, This is my brother Paul. This is my sister, This is my uncle. How I love them all! - (About family)

[править] Фонетическая зарядка.

- Read the sounds on the blackboard and then guess the words which have these sounds.

[fa:] – (father) [peə] – (parents) [rΛ] – (brother) [ðə] – (mother, father, brother) [ ræ] – (grandmother, grandfather) [d  :] – (daughter) [sΛ] – (son) [sI] – (sister) [fæ] – (family) [t∫I] – (children)

- Let’s read all the sounds and the words once again.


[править] Актуализация лексического материала по теме “My family”.

1. - Now I’d like to find out if you know the meaning of these words. You have the cards on your desks with the task “Match the words to the definitions”. - Let’s check up. Change your cards with your partner and correct the mistakes. One pupil’ll do the task on the blackboard. - Who has done the task without any mistakes? 2. - The next task is to divide the words into 2 groups: the 1st one is for the men of family, the 2nd one is for the women of family. You should match the words to the correct column and then read it. (Задание из КМ-школы)

- Do you know how to write the words on the topic “Family” correctly? - Well, fill in the gaps with the missing letters - Let’s do the task by chain. Come to the blackboard, write the missing letters and read the word.

-Now, I’d like you to listen to the dialogue. While listening try to remember the questions and the answers. -Let’s do the following tasks: the 1st one is to match the answers to the questions, the 2nd one is to match the questions to the answers. (Задание из КМ-школы) -Who wants to read the whole dialogue? -Who can act out the dialogue?

-Open your workbooks: p. 35 ex.1. Read the letter about Amy’s family and fill in the words above. Work in pairs. -Let’s read the letter by chain. -Now answer my questions: -How many members are there in Amy’s family? What are they? -What’s the father’s name? -What languages can he speak? -How old is Amy’s mother? -Has Amy got a brother? How old is he? What is his name?

-Look at the blackboard. Who can draw Amy’s family tree?

-Now I want you to tell about your own family. Look at the blackboard. You may use the following plan: -I have got a big/ small family. -I have got a mother/ a father/ a sister … -My mother’s/ father’s name is … -She/ he is …years old. -She/ he is …(clever, kind, friendly, caring …) -She/ he can … -I love my family very much.
